1. Registration and Tuition Payment for Current Students
This section applies to currently enrolled students and does not apply to new students admitted for the Fall Semester 2026 (115-1).
Important Dates
Tuition and Fees Payment Period: August 8–31, 2026
Online tuition payment slips will be available starting August 8, 2026.
Students may print their tuition payment slips through the Land Bank of Taiwan online system:
Important Reminder
Payment of tuition and fees within the designated period is considered completion of the university registration process.
Students who fail to complete payment and registration by the deadline may be dismissed from the University in accordance with TMU Academic Regulations.
All current students are strongly advised to review the registration information carefully and complete payment by August 31, 2026.

2. Resumption of Studies for Fall Semester 2026 (115-1)
Students whose approved leave of absence is due to expire and who are expected to resume their studies in Fall Semester 2026 should complete the required procedures within the designated period.
Application Period
August 3–24, 2026, by 5:00 PM
Students must complete either:
Resumption of Studies, or
Extension/Renewal of Leave of Absence, if applicable.
The Registration Section has sent official notices regarding the resumption of studies. International students have also been notified via their TMU student email accounts.
Important Reminder
According to Article 42 of the TMU Academic Regulations, a leave of absence is generally limited to a maximum of two years. Students who are unable to resume their studies upon expiration of the two-year period due to serious illness or other special circumstances must apply for special approval to extend their leave.
Students concerned should check their student email and complete the required procedures before the deadline.
3. Application for Leave of Absence or Withdrawal for Fall Semester 2026 (115-1)
Students who plan to apply for a leave of absence or withdrawal for Fall Semester 2026 must complete the required application and approval procedures within the designated deadline.
Important Deadline
To be exempt from tuition and fee payment for Fall Semester 2026, the fully approved application form for leave of absence or withdrawal must be submitted to the Registration Section by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 4, 2026, and subsequently approved by the Dean of Academic Affairs.
Students are strongly advised to begin the application process early, as the application requires approval from multiple administrative units before submission to the Registration Section.
